clAIrity — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Nurel Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the clAIrity platform (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We are committed to transparency about our data practices. This policy is designed to be straightforward and reflect the current state of the Service, which is in beta.

2. Information We Collect

Information We Do Not Collect

The Service does not currently require or permit general user account creation. As such, we do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or passwords from general users of the Service.

We do not store, log, or retain the content of your searches, queries, or chat interactions with the Service. Your conversations and search inputs are processed in real time to generate responses and are not saved to our systems after your session ends.

Information We May Collect

We may collect limited, non-personally identifiable information automatically when you access the Service, including:

  • Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data such as page views, feature usage patterns, and general traffic metrics to help us understand how the Service is used and to improve performance.
  • Device and browser information: General technical data such as browser type, operating system, and screen resolution, collected through standard web analytics.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We may use essential cookies required for the basic functionality of the Service. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Administrator Accounts

A limited number of whitelisted administrator accounts exist for the purpose of managing and operating the Service. These accounts are authenticated through Firebase Authentication and require an email address and authentication credentials. This information is used solely for platform administration and access control.

3. How We Use Information

Any information we collect is used exclusively to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Monitor the performance, stability, and security of the Service.
  • Understand general usage patterns to inform product development.
  • Administer and secure whitelisted administrator accounts.

We do not use any collected information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or building user profiles.

4. Third-Party AI Services

The Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models and services to power search, summarization, and chat features. When you submit a query or interact with the chat functionality:

  • Your input is transmitted to third-party AI service providers for processing in real time.
  • We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these third-party providers. Their handling of data transmitted during processing is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.
  • We select AI providers that offer appropriate data handling practices, but we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers if you have concerns about how your inputs may be processed.
  • We do not send any personally identifiable information to third-party AI providers as part of query processing.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information associated with the Service. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is hosted using commercially available cloud infrastructure providers that maintain industry-standard security certifications. Data is stored and processed in accordance with the security standards of these providers.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information to third parties.

We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Legal requirements: If required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • Protection of rights: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Nurel Solutions LLC, our users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
  • Service providers: To trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), subject to obligations to keep such information confidential.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. Given that we do not collect personal information from general users and do not store search or chat data, these rights are limited in practical application to the Service. If you are an administrator with an account and wish to exercise any data rights, please contact us using the information below.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or applicable laws. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. The “Effective Date” at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
